The Evacuation List section displays an accurate list of all the children that are currently in the setting, this list is obtained from the child attendance register, if a child has been signed in within the attendance register they will display in the list of children within the Evacuation List, as soon as a child has been signed out within the attendance register they will no longer display in the Evacuation List.

Key Areas of the Evacuation List

The Evacuation List displays an accurate record of every child in the setting.
A child will only display in the Evacuation List if they have been signed in within the attendance register.
Printing the Evacuation List will produce a list of all the children currently in the setting along with their parent and emergency contact details.

Overview

The Evacuation List overview displays an accurate list of all the children that are currently in the setting, this list is obtained from the child attendance register, if a child has been signed in within the attendance register they will display in the list of children within the Evacuation List, as soon as a child has been signed out within the attendance register they will no longer display in the Evacuation List.

Print the Evacuation List

When printing the Evacuation List a full list of all the current children in the setting will be displayed (by room), for each child you will see their full name, age and date of birth, in addition their doctor's name and telephone number will be shown along with their parent/carer 1 and 2's contact details and their emergency contact's details.
